I’ve spent decades helping businesses scale. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what often gets lost along the way. Across recruitment, consulting, and leadership teams, the same pattern repeats: complexity creeps in, people lose sight of purpose, and brilliant professionals become cogs in someone else’s system.
