When We Couldn’t Find the Right Model, We Built Our Own
Gloww was born out of frustration with inflexible corporate structures and short-sighted recruitment tactics. Our founders believed top recruiters deserve real ownership and uncapped rewards, while clients deserve a more authentic, dedicated service. We wanted a space where talents across finance and transformation could truly shine, supported by a campfire-like environment that encourages open sharing and mutual growth.
So we tore up the old rules, letting exceptional recruiters keep more of what they earn, lean on market-leading tech, and harness our collective brand strength. The result? A place where everyone, client, candidate, partner, benefits from a genuinely human approach to transformation and change.

With two decades in transformation and digital hiring, Pete is all about innovation, be it new tech platforms or fresh ways to build relationships. At Gloww, he ensures partners always have access to cutting-edge tools that make life simpler. If he’s not guiding a major change program, he’s probably brainstorming the next Gloww community meetup.

Phil is a seasoned recruitment leader who’s scaled teams across multiple continents. Known for his people-first approach and a keen eye for spotting top finance talent, Phil championed the idea of true autonomy for consultants. On weekends, you’ll find him on the golf course, but Monday to Friday, he’s helping Gloww partners and clients get the best results imaginable.

John’s experience spans finance recruitment at every level, from CFOs to critical interim roles. He believes that genuine collaboration is the key to unlocking better client-candidate matches. Outside of recruitment, he’s a devoted mentor, always ready to chat about personal growth or the latest leadership book he’s devoured.

Jules is a Big 4–qualified Chartered Accountant and former CFO across FMCG, manufacturing, and construction. He built an interim finance and risk arm in a global firm, then co-founded Org Advisory in 2020. Outside of work hours, he loves to spend time with family and is a motorsport lover.

With over 3 decades in people and leadership development, Victoria has built global teams, believing strong leadership drives sustainable growth. As a leadership consultant, she partners with founders on onboarding, succession and coaching, maintaining a people-first ethos throughout her work.

Richard’s background in brand strategy and partnerships gives Gloww its unique identity, balancing warm, human values with a bold, disruptive streak. He’s the go-to for any partner wanting to level up their personal brand, drawing on his knack for storytelling and design thinking.
